Regression: Forward slideshow button does not work on https://chrome.google.com/webstore.

Chrome Version: 61.0.3138.0 (Official Build)(cohort: 59_104_Win)d2d3a3975e9c7f3c5c62ef0ecad2683332894600-refs/heads/master@{#481386}(32/64-bit).

OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.3, 10.11.6).

Steps to reproduce:
1)Launch chrome, go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?hl=en.
2)Click on the first extension from 'Get Started' section and close the overlay.
3)Press Shift+Tab twice and click on Forward slideshow Button in Featured Section and observe.

Actual Result: Forward slideshow Button does not work for the first three instance.
Expected Result: Forward slideshow  Button should work on the first instance.

This is regression issue broken in M-57, and will soon update the bisect info.

I just tried this on both linux and macOS and it is working as expected on Chrome Stable M62 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I am closing this per above. aiman.ansari@ feel free to re-open if it still repros on your system.
