Regression : 'IP address','Routing prefix','Gateway' & 'IPv6 address' details are seen missing at 'Configure IP address automatically' option in chrome://md-settings

Project Member Reported by mmanchala@chromium.org, Jun 22 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.111/9460.66.0 stable channel Candy,Daisy,Peppy,Quawks & Minnie
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Go to chrome://md-settings page
(2)Now at 'Network' section click on Wi-Fi -> select Connected Wi-Fi network
(3)Now click on 'Network' -> observe 'IP address','Routing prefix','Gateway' & 'IPv6 address' details are seen missing at 'Configure IP address automatically' (Please refer video and screenshot)
and above details are displayed if 'Configure IP address automatically'
is disabled

Expected: 'IP address','Routing prefix','Gateway' & 'IPv6 address' details should be displayed even 'Configure IP address automatically' option is enabled

Actual: Instead 'IP address','Routing prefix','Gateway' & 'IPv6 address' details are seen missing

This is Regression issue as same is working fine in chrome://settings.
