Play mp3 fail via "Google Play Music"

Platform: 9460.64.0 (Official Build) dev-channel lars test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install "Play Music" from play store
2. Launch "Files" and find a mp3 file, right click mouse "more actions", select "Google Play Music"

What is the expected behavior?
Play music normally

What went wrong?
No any response.
Failure rate: 7/10
