Non-Regression:Default Highlight for current task is seen missing in Task Manager

Chrome Version:59.0.3071.111/9460.66.0 stable channel Candy,Daisy & Minnie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user >> Launch chrome,Press(shift+Esc/Search+Esc) to open Task Manager and Observe(kindly refer screenshot)

Actual:No highlight is seen for the current Task that we are using.
Expected:Highlight should be seen on current task that we are using.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-56

Note:Highlight is seen on the current task in Linux,Windows OS
