Reported by ngu...@etouch.net, Jun 22 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 61.0.3138.0 (Official Build) d2d3a3975e9c7f3c5c62ef0ecad2683332894600-refs/heads/master@{#481386} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Precondition: Enable Bookmarks bar from chrome://settings.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://crash and bookmark the page.
2) Drag the bookmarked page from bookmark bar into a New tab and observe.

'Cant open this page' is seen instead of 'Aw Snap' message.

'Aw Snap' message should be seen for chrome://crash page.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 60.0.3104.0 (Revision: 473014).
Bad build : 60.0.3105.0 (Revision: 473393).

You are probably looking for a change made after 473121 (known good), but no later than 473122 (first known bad).

chrome://crash is implemented in such a way that it needs to be directly typed into ths URL. I don't think we want to allow navigations to chrome://crash to cause a crash because then it might accidentally possible for a website to e.g. iframe chrome://crash or cause a javascript navigation to the page to cause a crash.

I think this is WAI. I don't even know why anyone would want to bookmark chrome://crash. I am closing as WontFix.
