Regression : Loading spinner is not seen in tab's title bar while page is being loaded.

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 61.0.3138.0 (Official Build) d2d3a3975e9c7f3c5c62ef0ecad2683332894600-refs/heads/master@{#481386} 32/64 bit OS : Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings page and hit 'Ctrl + U' to open source code. 2. Reload source code page 2-3 times and observe the tab's title bar while reloading. Actual Result : Loading spinner is not seen in tab's title bar while page is being loaded. Expected Result : While reloading, spinner should appear in tab's title bar and it should keep spinning until page finishes loading. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-61’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info. Good build : 61.0.3136.0 Bad build : 61.0.3137.0 Note : Issue is not seen in Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3) OS i.e spinner appears in title bar while page is loading . |
