[MD Bookmarks] Remove /?id=1 from URL when Bookmarks Bar is selected

Always showing a query parameter, even when opening the BMM for the first time, is kind of ugly.

We should remove it so that chrome://bookmarks/ with no query is the equivalent of chrome://bookmarks/?id=1.

Status: Fixed (was: Started)
I tagged the bug incorrectly, but this was fixed by R484481.
