PaymentRequest API used in VR mode opens 2D dialog |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3137.0 OS: Android What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Visit https://samsunginter.net/examples/payment-request-demo-simple/ and go into VR mode (2) Tap the Try It Now button What is the expected result? Boot out of VR mode, most likely What happens instead? 2D dialog gets drawn on top of the VR content (not a security issue, just a general usability/product polish issue)
