Keyboard occurs in the default language, not the language that was previously used in chrome search

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open Chrome
(2)Search something in English
(3)Show result of Search operation in default set language

What is the expected output? Result should be shown according to typed language search


What do you see instead? Search result is showing in default set language

issue in Chrome 56, 58, 59 and 60
