Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.109 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I am not sure how to reproduce the bug. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? hyperlinks, a checkbox, and search boxes to be activated and not have a memory / CPU leak. This issue appeared only since the version 59 upgrade. What went wrong? When ever I click on a hyperlink, a checkbox, a search box Chrome acts as if it is not seeing the depression on the item. Then randomly every 5-10 minutes when I click on an item I the mouse goes into slow movement mode as one CPU out of 8 maxes out and stays maxed out. This does not resolve itself and the only solution I can find it to shut down Chrome via Task Manager which takes a while to get to as the whole machine goes into slow moving mode. I cannot find any issues in an crash logs. Did this work before? Yes 58 Chrome version: 59.0.3071.109 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: - Please let me know if you would like to access my machine.

Hello, 1. I have uninstalled with advanced registry remove from Revo Uninstaller and deleted all traces of all chrome files and rebooted. 2. Completed a fresh install from the stand alone installer and then created a new profile in settings. 3. Did a full shutdown and reboot. 4. All video, mouse, motherboard, drive bus software and OS are current versions. The problem is still present with a clean install. Is there a way to change the directory of the install? If this is a memory / disk issue, placing it on a different section of the hard drive may help. Is it possible there might be some kind of IRQ conflict? I have searched the Windows logs and there is nothing relating to this and their is no Chrome crash log.

Very sad being a gSuite Admin/User that I now have to use FireFox as my default web browser for gSuite servces, as I can not longer get Chrome to function.
