https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.perf/builders/Android%20Nexus6%20Perf/builds/169 has a blink_perf.parser.reference failure. That shouldn't be turning red and showing up on SOM, though.

There's a flag to ignore test failure, and that seems to have been set. In the test log, you see ok_ret set to be a big range, which should have meant this was fine.

I think something in the recipe is making the step fail, though. Probably because the test results are invalid? There's a big error message on the step about that.
