mirror edk2 repository from github

There already exists a chromimos/third_party/edk2 repository. However, I'd like to get automatic sync'ing from https://github.com/tianocore/edk2 with the branches residing under the 'upstream' part of the branch namespace.

To clarify, you want refs/heads/* of https://github.com/tianocore/edk2 to be mirrored into refs/heads/upstream/* of https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/third_party/edk2/ ?
