Clicking Back from interstitial does not update URL bar

Chrome Version: 61.0.3137.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit badssl.com in VR mode. Click the expired link.
(2) Click the back button in the URL bar.

What is the expected result?
URL bar updates to https://badssl.com.

What happens instead?
URL bar stays at https://expired.badssl.com but the coloring changes.

Issue 703655 is fixed now. We should check whether this is fixed now.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This is indeed fixed.  In addition to crbug/703655 being fixed, we're now using ToolbarModel to ensure we show the same state that desktop would show.
