Summary: Chrome Multiple tab Issue (was: Security: Chrome Multiple tab Issue)
Can you include a screenshot of the behavior you're reporting?

I suspect that you're reporting an intentional feature of the browser, whereby when you click the red "X" to close a tab, Chrome deliberately positions the red "X" of the next tab underneath the cursor so that you can close the next tab by clicking again (not moving the mouse).

When you move the mouse cursor out of the tab strip, Chrome then adjusts the tabs to fill the available space.
FWIW, I wrote a blog post about this in a past life: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/ieinternals/2013/11/20/why-do-tab-buttons-resize-temporarily/

Nope, I am not reporting an intentioal feature have mentioned above.
Behaviour is little weird, sometimes it adjust quickly, sometimes it wont.

Please refer attachment for details.

The link above describes an IE feature (tab expansion) that isn't in Chrome. Your screenshot, on the other hand, looks very much like a similar feature (delaying tab expansion) that IS in Chrome.

This is almost certainly intentional. If you want us to pursue this, please verify that the tabs fail to resize when you drag your mouse completely out of the tabstrip area and to the middle of the browser window. If they do, then capture a screencast that shows your mouse cursor position and post it here.
