Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Open Settings window 
(2)Search "power" settings under device settings.
(3)

Expected Result:
"Power" settings should be available under device settings.

Actual Result:
"Power" settings is not available on minnie but available on Kevin.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
