Lack of comments usually means no updates. I'm sorry to hear you are under pressure in a production environment, but if this setup never worked before, it doesn't sound like something you should deploy to production. Anyway, in print preview, if you select "More settings" to expand the settings drop down, do you have a "Quality" setting? If so, what is it set to when you printed? Is theer a "120x144 dpi" choice? Can you try that and see if the output improves?

Hi, Sorry for not answering before but attached you our testing print image. Barely improving with that change of settings but still not working for us.

As mentioned in #12, no comments usually means no updates. We'll post when we've had a chance to dig into the issue.

josuevu186@, your original report seemed suggesting Chrome printed the page with smaller width (/a tiny version in your phrase). But in comment #13, the two images both show correct width. Can you let us know what the problem is? And what is the paper size you use or set?
,

Ok, let me clear this. In the comment 13 as you can see, the difference between acrobat reader and chrome printing is that acrobat reader looks a little bit bigger than chrome. Our paper size is width 10.5 cm height 10 cm as you see is a special shorter paper that we use epson fx-890 on windows 10. When I say a little bit bigger I meant that the priting result is more accurate on adobe reader than chrome

We have the same problem with version 58 the print came out correctly with version 59 the print comes out as reduced by 50%. The printing is done on an epson FX-890 printer |
