I want to download chrome to install on another computer and not "accept and install" on this computer I already have the browser installed.
If you can put the option to download to install another machine.

If you have some browser installed on the other machine, you can install Chrome on it by opening the following link on the other machine: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

If you want to download the installer, you should be able to click on "accept and install" on the first machine without actually installing the browser. You can copy the downloaded installer to the other machine after that.

I think the "Install Chrome offline" section of this support article addresses your question: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95346

"If you're having problems downloading Chrome on your Windows computer, you can try the alternate link below to download Chrome on a different computer.

On a computer connected to the Internet, download the alternate Chrome installer (https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html?standalone=1).
Move the file to the computer where you want to install Chrome.
Open the file, and follow the onscreen instructions to install.
If you land on the regular download page, that’s normal. Even though the installers look similar, a special tag tells us which one is best for you.

Once you download the file, you can send it to another computer."
