Feedback reports include the latest chrome user log, which rotates, so sometimes the reported log contains events that occurred only after the problem that prompted the user to send feedback.

Additionally, I am not sure under what circumstances the log is rotated, but it seems to happen on some Chrome restarts, which exacerbates this problem.

A solution would be to include the previous log when the log has rotated in the last X minutes (X = 10?).
