The news card when dragged in news.naver.com doesn't scroll smoothly

Issue descriptionExample URL: http://m.news.naver.com/newspaper/home.nhn Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open browser and navigate to http://m.news.naver.com/newspaper/home.nhn 2. Long press on up/down button observed on the top right of each news card and try dragging the card. 3. Dragging of the card is sluggish. What is the expected behavior? Dragging of the card should be smooth. What went wrong? Dragging of the card is sluggish. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes chrome 51. We are able to repro this issue on Chrome: 59.0.3071.117,58.0.3029.83 and 57.0.2987.132 Device:Samsung Galaxy S5(SM-G900H)/MMB29K and samsung Galaxy S8(SM-G950U)/NRD90M

Dragging looks alright to me with Chrome 71. Reporter can you maybe post a recording of what you mean by sluggish? |
