Regression: Weird user manager window is seen while performing audit on it |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:60.0.3112.40 OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and open user manager window (2)Go to chrome://inspect/#other and click on inspect link of chrome://md-user-manager/ (3)Now in devtools go to audits >> Click on perform an audit ,Run audit >> Hit cancel on two overlays and observe user manager window Expected: User manager should remain as it is and should be able to see Browse as guest and add person buttons Actual: Instead it is zoom out and no buttons are seen.
