Mojo: make arrays and maps hashable

Project Member Reported by tibell@chromium.org, Jun 21 2017

Issue description

For completeness it would be nice if Mojo arrays and maps were hashable, which in turn would mean that any struct containing these would be hashable as well. There's no principal problem doing this, there just haven't been a big need yet.

I just realized (and verified) that we don't even use the hash functions anymore. Filed bug 911929 to delete them.
