Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.104 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://help/ Steps to reproduce the problem: Assume there's a host on the local network with a hostname of 'help' or 'chrome', and a web server is set up to listen on port 80. 1. Navigate to http://help/ or http://chrome/ What is the expected behavior? The content from the machine on the network should be displayed. What went wrong? Chrome internally redirects to chrome://settings/help. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 59.0.3071.104 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Probably caused by this commit: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src.git/+/76cc70a314ba7ae045745fd5117b98d1a5c200da%5E%21/#F0 Also see: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome-admins/1b0D4uCn2e4;context-place=topicsearchin/chrome-admins/category$3Aapplication-compatibility
