Issue descriptionThe refactor https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/536475 lost a pair of parentheses in GetAngularVelocityFromPoses, so the division by epsilon_seconds was just dividing one of the matrix elements instead of the difference. This broke angular velocity calculation.
