For code review I use a plugin that would indicate for each file whether I had the owners in the review list.

It's kind of a slow plugin and it doesn't always work properly 
(like it doesn't understand per-file histograms.xml=file://tools/metrics/OWNERS)

but it would be super cool if there was a similar type of feature in gerrit. 

Is that at all feasible?
