We currently build+install core_collector{,32} in x86_64 Chromebooks (where the unsuffixed version is 64-bits), but we only ship core_collector in armv7/aarch64 Chromebooks, where it is 32-bits. This is a bit inconsistent and confusing, so we should make the 32-bit version always be called core_collector32 in all platforms.
