Some recent printers are not selectable

Chrome Version: 61.0.3136.0
OS: CrOS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Select a printer, print something (Printer A)
(2) Select a different printer.  Print something. (Printer B)
(3) Sign out
(4) Sign back in
(5) Try to select the first printer from the recents list(Printer A)

What is the expected result?
Printer A is selected

What happens instead?
There's a javascript error and nothing happens.  Printer B is selectable because it's already setup.

If a user only uses one printer, they might not notice this behavior.

Just checked and there is no such error any more. Let me know if you think it's necessary to check on 62.
