Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Just save a page then close tab
2. Just start a download then close the page
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
It would be very nice if the save or download would complete even though the tab is closed  

What went wrong?
The save or download is prematurely cancelled

It is extremely annoying having to wait & make sure the download or save of page is complete before closing the tab.
