Chrome not printing all pages based on CSS print stylesheet

Reported by zack.mac...@gmail.com, Jun 20 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.104 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open up web application that uses CSS print stylesheet
2. Bring up print preview
3. Not all pages are showing up

What is the expected behavior?
All pages will print

What went wrong?
Not all pages are showing up to print in Chrome. Firefox and IE show all pages in the print preview when I use those browsers.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.104 Channel: stable

Can you provide a sample webpage to demonstrate the problem? The attached PDF only contains the CSS, without the page that it applies to.

Also, did this ever work in Chrome previously?
I'm not sure if it worked previously in Chrome or not. Extract the attached zip in some folder and open "tmde.html" in Chrome and you should see that when you attempt to print, only 12 pages show up. In Firefox and IE 19 pages show up which is what I would also expect to see in Chrome.

I see 12 pages on Chrome Stable channel, but the good news is I see 19 on Chrome Unstable channel, so we actually fixed this recently. Will try to figure out who / what fixed it.

Actually that's not it. On Chrome Stable (M59) if my window is maximized, it shows 12 pages in print preview. If I unmaximize the window, then it shows 19. Not sure what exactly is triggering this behavior. We may need to take the input HTML + CSS apart and come up with a minimized test case.

I think this should be fixed in Chrome 60. The fix is part of bug 700919 , so marking this as a duplicate.
