qemu-kvm qxl centos 7.3 host centos 7.3 guest big memleak at google maps street view

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. install centos 7.3 x86_64 on host
2. install centos 7.3 x86_64 on guest 2 GB RAM via qemu-kvm and qxl
3. run google maps and browse some time street view

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
big memleak, machine very slow, after chrome kill ok

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.104  Channel: stable
OS Version: Centos 7.3
Flash Version: No

Tested this issue using #59.0.3071.104 on Ubuntu 16.04 with 2 GB RAM as per the steps mentioned in original comment.

Machine is working fine and no delay is seen in Ubuntu 16.04. Please find the attched screen cast.

Requesting MTV team to further triagning of the issue as we dont have Linux centos installed machines with us here in India.
