Non-Regression: Temperature icon is seen chopped in suggestion list when language is RTL

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.109
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome in any of RTL Language [say Arabic/Hebrew]
(2)Now type Temperature in Delhi and observe for icon beside temperature data

Expected: Icon should be seen fully in suggestion list.
Actual: Instead climate icon is seen chopped.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from the introduction of temperature data in suggestion list.

Able to reproduce the issue in Win-10 using latest canary #61.0.3135.4.
Unable to see the climate icon in OS-mac.

tommycli@, this looks a lot like  bug 729974 , which was broken in M-61 and you fixed it, yet this bug predates that.  Has RTL always been broken and simply that LTR was recently broken and recently fixed?

I'm guessing that RTL has always been broken.
