Regreesion : In Memory tab, selection highlight appears grey for recorded profiles.

Reported by avsha...@etouch.net, Jun 20 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version : 59.0.3071.109 (Official Build) 8d31b54270a793a0f98e76579c8fd0405bbd6ac6-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#805} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open devtools on NTP and navigate to 'Memory' tab.
2. Select 'Record Allocation Profile' option and record 2 profiles (Profile 1 and Profile 2).
3. Open 'Heavy (Bottom Up)' drop down list, choose 'Chart' option and record 3rd profile.
4. Stop the recording and switch between Profile 2 & Profile 3 twice, observe the selection highlight.

Actual : Instead of blue, selection highlight appears grey for 2nd and 3rd profile (Need to click twice to get blue selection highlight).

Expected : Selection highlight should remain blue for all the recorded profiles.

Note : Selection highlight appears blue only for the 'Profile 1'.
