Secondary troopers need be shown with "secondary:" prefix on Buildbot

People keep bugging secondary trooper thinking that both troopers are primary. This is because we show them as e.g. "Troopers: tandrii,sergiyb". We should show a "seconary:" prefix before the second username.

Re #5, ran gclient-sync on master1 in $HOME/infra... this updated the script. Cron job should update trooper.js in the next 5-10 minutes.
