Regression : In Security, 'Origins' site disappears after pressing left arrow key.

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 59.0.3071.109 (Official Build) 8d31b54270a793a0f98e76579c8fd0405bbd6ac6-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#805} 32/64 bit OS : Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, open devtools on NTP and navigate to 'Security' tab. 2. Reload the page to view details and select first site entry from 'Main Origin' section. 3. Hit left arrow key and observe the site entry. Actual : URLs from 'Origins' list disappear after pressing left arrow key. Expected : 'Origins' URLs should not disappear after pressing left arrow key. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-55’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info. Good build : 55.0.2861.0 Bad build : 55.0.2862.0
