Regression : In Security, 'Origins' site disappears after pressing left arrow key.

Issue description

Chrome Version : 59.0.3071.109 (Official Build) 8d31b54270a793a0f98e76579c8fd0405bbd6ac6-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#805} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open devtools on NTP and navigate to 'Security' tab.
2. Reload the page to view details and select first site entry from 'Main Origin' section.
3. Hit left arrow key and observe the site entry.

Actual : URLs from 'Origins' list disappear after pressing left arrow key. 

Expected : 'Origins' URLs should not disappear after pressing left arrow key.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-55’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info.
Good build : 55.0.2861.0
Bad build : 55.0.2862.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 419061 (known good), but no later than 419062 (first known bad).

Note :Able to reproduce the issue in Win 10.0,Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.3 and Able to reproduce in latest Canary #61.0.3136.0
