Non-Regression: Drop-down color is not as expected when devtools is in dark theme

Chrome Version:61.0.3136.0
OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open devtools in any page
(2)Change the devtools theme to Dark and click on Memory section
(3)Take snapshot and observe the Summary drop-down

Expected:Drop-down should be of dark theme 
Actual:Instead, it is having light theme

This is a Non-regression issue seen from the introduction of dark theme in devtools

Able to reproduce issue on Mac 10.12.5 using latest canary #61.0.3135.0.
