random black boxes appearing on chrome

Issue description
Chrome Version : 59.0.3071.104
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (it occurs in many websites and not in a specific website) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 5: OK
Firefox 4.x: OK
IE 7/8/9: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. surfing on the websites
2.

What is the expected result?
show the page without any black boxes or rectangle .
What happens instead of that?
show some black boxes and rectangle on the page .
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
** the problem happened after updating chrome to the 59 version

Could you please provide any sample URL of the webpage where you able to reproduce this issue? Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently including incognito mode? Try rechecking this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser.

as a sample URLs is this page : https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=734883 the problem happened when i moved on youtube tab to this tab of bugs, and happened on forum.xda-developers.com and ebay.com ...ect ok i will try on incognito mode, keep in touch ..

unfortunately, after trying incognito mode ( without any extensions enabled ) i got the same problem

I have the same problem after updating from Chrome 58 to Chrome 59 (exact version: 59.0.3071.109). after 24 h of testing, the problem is still exist !

Tested the issue on windows 10 & 7 using chrome latest stable M59 #59.0.3071.109 and issue is not reproduced. Attached screencast for reference. @Could someone from UI team look into this , as TE is unable to reproduce the issue. Thanks!

When I open two tabs with https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=14616196 and https://github.com/jonathantneal/flexibility and press Ctrl + Tab about 30 times, Chrome displays black rectangles instead of parts of the website.
