[Findit] Flake analyzer - Invalid xsrf token when rerunning analysis

When triggering a rerun on flake analysis, Flake Analysis runs into invalid xsrf token in latest version (not yet made default)

I believe this to be fixed by: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/540759/

Problem was the scheduler came back with false, so we take that as a 403.

After testing out on the latest redeployed version it appears this issue is still there so is probably is of a different root cause. Assigning back to myself
