What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to user account.
2. Search + L to show lock screen

What is the expected result?
Transition should be smooth and there should be no wallpaper screen before showing the actual lock screen

What happens instead?
Wallpaper screen is shown for a second before the actual lock screen is rendered.
