App Version: 61.0.3134.0 canary
iOS Version: 11.0
Device: iPhone
URL: chrome://version, chrome://flags
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Google Chrome Canary
2. Navigate to chrome://version or chrome://flags
Observed results: Text is displayed as $i18n{}
Expected results: Text should be displayed correctly.
Good version: 61.0.3132.0 #4657c64
Bad version: 61.0.3133.0 (Revision is not displayed due to this bug itself)
Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
