http://www.agoogleaday.com does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) In google.com hover mouse on "I'm feeling lucky" button. Click it when it shows "I'm feeling puzzled". It opens "http://www.agoogleaday.com/#date=2012-07-17" OR In Chrome browser, open "http://www.agoogleaday.com/#date=2012-07-17" link
(2) "START PLAYING" button and "TIPS & TRICKS" link don't work.

Able to reproduce this issue Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.5 with chrome #59.0.3071.115, Canary #61.0.3150.0 and also on firefox browser. 
On navigating to  "http://www.agoogleaday.com/#date=2012-07-17", "START PLAYING" button and "TIPS & TRICKS" links are not working.

Issue is specific to test url not to the chrome browser.

Yes. The issue is with http://www.agoogleaday.com
<http://www.agoogleaday.com/#date=2012-07-17> website not with chrome
browser.
