Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create HTML page with table: 2 rows, 2 columns 2. CSS width of col1=0px, col2=100% 3. Text in row1, cell1: e.g. "T", cell2: e.g. "Some Text" 4. Second rows cell with colspan=2, white-space:pre and a long text (e.g. 160 letters) What is the expected behavior? Width of first column should fit the content "T". What went wrong? Width of first column is way to large. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Replace white-space:pre with word-break:break-all and the column width is correct.

When defining col1=1% and col2=99% it layouts just fine.

The column is still to large. There is space left to the "T". The width is 15px, with 0px and break-all it's 10px. That's 5px difference. I use nested tables with about 10 columns. Here this difference matters.

Correction: The space is right of the "T".

Ok, you're right dude. So that's possibly because the 1% width is wider than the width of the 'T', so just try this: col1=0.1% and col2=99.9%

Sounds good. Thanks! But: Works in Chrome and in Firefox. Now in Internet Explorer the column is rendered to large.

Seems IE is not aware about less than 1% in width.
