black rectangular boxes appears on screen

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.104 Safari/537.36

Google Chrome 46 (stable) has been behaving weirdly recently, it is showing black boxes on parts of a web page, this was also reported by few users in forums. The problem is not OS- specific, both Windows and Mac users are experiencing this. Restarting the browser may help for a short period of time, they may re-appear again

 inicperclu432@ if possible can you please provide few details to further triage the bug :

1. Is the issue on Chrome version 46 or 59.0.3071.104
2. If possible can you please provide "Chrome://GPU" details(Save as webpage)

Possibly a duplicate of  issue 730126 , will need feedback from the user.
The chrome version I am using is 59.0.3071.109 (Official Build) (32-bit)

I was browsing and instantaneously it again happens so I take a screenshot
of it to mail and tell you this is happening after almost every minute on
each website(almost),

inicperclu432@, the GPU details you are pasting are being dropped for some reason. Can you please open the bug in the web UI (here:  crbug.com/734564  ) and add the info there? Thank you!

So, the whole problem is related with RAM because I am using 2GB RAM in core 2 duo on my computer that's why the problem is created now I am fine with it, thank you for your support.

So, the whole problem is related with RAM because I am using 2GB RAM
