Somehow Alt+Gr is not working on my system on Windows-10. This however worked on Windows Server 2008 with Terminal Services cloud environment but didn't observe any double '[[' on typing AltGr+[.

Tried the Alt+Ctrl combination as well but didn't observe character duplicate on Windows Server 2008 R2 environment on the latest canary(61.0.3138.0).

Adding proper component for someone from the team to have a look into this.
We have tried it and is correct, no double character anymore.

Thanks, you can close the issue.
