Somehow Alt+Gr is not working on my system on Windows-10. This however worked on Windows Server 2008 with Terminal Services cloud environment but didn't observe any double '[[' on typing AltGr+[. Tried the Alt+Ctrl combination as well but didn't observe character duplicate on Windows Server 2008 R2 environment on the latest canary(61.0.3138.0). Adding proper component for someone from the team to have a look into this.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-7 and Win-10 using chrome reported version #60.0.3112.32 and latest canary #61.0.3135.4. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened a Google Doc 2. Typed character "[" , "]", "{" and "@". 3. Observed that character [ and ] was typed as expected. Reporter@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #61.0.3135.4 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
