Non- Regression: Spinner icon and Connected WiFi name are seen chopped in WiFi page when font size is increased in Customize fonts.

Chrome Version: 61.0.3130.0/9664.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy & Minnie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome >> Navigate to chrome://md-settings/fonts page >> Increase font size by dragging the slider to 60% or more
(2)Now navigate to chrome://md-settings/networks?type=WiFi page and Observe Spinner icon and Connected WiFi name 

Expected: Spinner icon and Connected WiFi name should not be chopped.
Actual: Instead,Spinner icon and Connected WiFi name are seen chopped.

This is non-regression issue as same behavior is seen from M-56.

Note: Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

The UI looks OK up to "Very large" in the dropdown.

At "Huge" we have all sorts of issues.

We should probably consider how to handle > Very large font sizes and tackle them consistently / together.

I'm going to put this on the back burner for now.
