Overlapping of Incognito logo on minimize button

Reported by umang...@gmail.com, Jun 19 2017

Issue description

This report will ONLY be viewable by Google.

Device name: Chorme Web (Incognito)
Android version: NA
Fingerprint: NA
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView): NA
Application: Chrome
Application version: Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)

URLs (if applicable): https://community.skype.com/t5/Security-Privacy-Trust-and/reward-for-finding-user-security-bug/td-p/4114091

Steps to reproduce:
(1)Open the url in Incognito window of Chromer browser:- https://community.skype.com/t5/Security-Privacy-Trust-and/reward-for-finding-user-security-bug/td-p/4114091
(2)Tap on any of the icon, it will open a small size incognito window in which the incognito "logo", gets overlapped on the minimize button.
(3)Due to which if we try to click on bottom of minimize button it does not work, while when you click on maximize bottom it works well, so due to overlapping this minimize button is not working
(4) Refer to Screenshots for clarification.

Expected result: Incognito icon should be at its own place like it is after open opening the browser

Actual result: Overlapping of incognito logo due to which minimize button is not working when clicked on bottom of the button

Tried to reproduce the issue on the reported version: 58.0.3029.110 on Windows-10 but there doesn't seem to any overlapping of incognito icon as such.

umangstm@: Could you please review the attached screen-cast and confirm if anything being missed here. Also let us know if this is consistent or intermittent.

Just to update, I was unable to reproduce the issue on the latest canary(61.0.3138.0) on Windows-7(screenshot attached).

However the same is reproducible in Cloud environment as tested on 'Windows Server 2008 with Terminal Services' on Windows-7 & Windows Srv 2008 R2. Issue is reproducible on this environment on both the latest Canary(61.0.3138.0) and the latest Beta(60.0.3112.40).

Marking this as Untriaged and for further investigation of this.

@ajha: is there a specific reason why this has been labeled Enterprise? I don't think it is enterprise management / policy specific.

Thanks!

Comment 8 by pmarko@chromium.org, Jun 26 2017

@ajha: Ah, this is marked Enterprise because it was reproducible on Windows Server edition?

BTW, I can't spot the overlapping in the screenshot in Comment 6 - which part of the screenshot should I look at specifically? (I was able to see it in the original report).
Components: -Enterprise
Removing enterprise label as this has nothing to do with enterprise features.
