Regression : 'Screen lock' option is seen instead of 'Show lock screen when waking from sleep' option in chrome://md-settings page

Project Member Reported by mmanchala@chromium.org, Jun 19 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 61.0.3130.0/9664.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy & Minnie
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Create New supervised User (For Example 'Test 6' and password is 'a')
(2)Now In Sign out screen -> Click on Supervised user-> Go to chrome://md-settings page
(3)Now at 'People' section observe 'Screen lock' option instead of 'Show lock screen when waking from sleep' option
(4)If 'Screen lock' option is intended then click on 'Screen lock' option and enter 'Supervised user' Password(Entered 'a' password for 'Test 6') -> observe 'Invalid password' message (Please refer Video)

Expected: 'Show lock screen when waking from sleep' option should be seen
Actual: Instead 'Screen lock' option is seen

This is Regression issue as same is working fine in M-58

Note:
1.In old chrome://settings 'Show lock screen when waking from sleep' option is seen
2. 'Invalid password' message is seen if we entered password of Parent User also
3.Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows OS also

This is intended; the 'Show lock screen when waking from sleep' has been moved to the lock screen page. That is, when you enter your password after clicking 'Screen lock' you should see the 'Show lock screen when waking from sleep' option toggle. Let me know if this is not the case.

@sammiequon : As per comment #2 if 'Screen lock' is intended then on entering 'Supervised user' Password ,'Invalid password' message is seen(Mentioned in comment #0) and also if we entered password of Parent User also 'Invalid password' message is seen (Please refer Video)

I see. Just talked to tbuckley@ and the desired fix is to keep 'Show lock screen when waking sleep' password protected and allow supervised users to enter their password to access.

This was fixed in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/547018/, not sure why the bot didn't post to this bug.
