My phone is always saying my storage space is full and it isnt.im wondering if someone is connected to my device?

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Reset phone
2. Deleted files
3. Changed password

What is the expected behavior?
To pull up website and for it to not say it's being forcefully stopped for unexpected reasons

What went wrong?
Unexpectedly stopped

Could you please upgrade your Chrome to latest Stable# 62.0.3202.84 and re-check whether the issue is reproducible.
If Yes, provide us with the device & OS details and also a screen cast of the issue which would help us to triage further.
