When chrome browser is open, I get a loading circle that does not go away.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. No idea.

What is the expected behavior?
Loading circle on my cursor.

What went wrong?
Nothing,just shows a loading circle. 

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.104  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it appeared when it was installing.

Could you please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser, If issue still persists please uninstall and reinstall and check for the issue.

We are unable to reproduce the issue in latest chrome builds. Marking it as WontFix since there are no feedback from user more than a month.Feel free to raise a new issue if still facing.
