Perf regression does not include link to graphs

https://crbug.com/733961 was correctly assigned to me because of a perf regression. The report says "See the link to graphs below." but there are no links to graphs in the bug.

Should our tools have added a link to graphs for this bug?

Looks like the dashboard did not update the bug with the correct link: https://chromeperf.appspot.com/group_report?bug_id=733961

Also the dashboard double-filed the bug as bug 733960 as well.
