Issue descriptionChrome Version: 60.0.3112.26 (Official build) beta ()32-bit Chrome OS Version: 9592.15.0 beta-channel nyan_big Chrome OS Platform: Acer CB5-311-T1UU Firmware version: Google_Nyan_Big.5771.63.0 Network info: Wifi OnHub Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1) Start the Chromebook (2) On the login screen, observe the flickering, the password input field acting (caret jumping around, input not being displayed) (3) Once logged in (blindly typing in input fields still works), observe the undrawn patches on the desktop, or in any window (4) Move the mouse around, it causes a lot of flickering with drawing artifacts happening everywhere on the screen (5) Try clicking elements in the UI, it becomes unresponsive sometimes Expected Result: No drawing artifacts and flickering, ability to type text and seeing that text, ability to click windows and tabs Actual Result: See description in steps to reproduce How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? There is no workaround, the laptop became unusable as soon as it got the update. I had to submit this bug report from another computer. Please provide any additional information below.
