Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/58.0.3029.110 Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 0. Have "continue where you left of" activated under "on startup" 1. Have some tabs open 2. Close Browser 3. Do something else, possible reboot 4. Open Browser 5. Chances are, your tabs are gone. What is the expected behavior? Tabs not being gone not wasting a lot of time trying to find 12 Websites again. What went wrong? When using "continue where you left of" under "on startup", the Browser will sometimes eat all your tabs. Very annoying if you trust the functionality of the feature and now have to find out which 12 Tabs of important research it just ate. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04 64bit Flash Version: none

Tested the issue on Ubuntu 16.04 using Chrome Stable# 59.0.3071.109 and could not reproduce the issue. Opened upto 15 tabs and checked the option "continue where you left off", relaunched Chrome and was able to open all the tabs. Could you please re-check on latest Stable mentioned and let us know the latest update. Thanks in Advance.
